Women After COVID Soft Launch
October, November and December 2026
Delivered in partnership with Project COFFE, Klir Online and Vibe Haus Women, this three-month soft launch will create a welcoming space for women to reconnect, rebuild confidence and prioritise their wellbeing following the longer-term social and emotional impact of COVID.
The programme will particularly focus on women who may have experienced isolation, changes in confidence, health and wellbeing challenges, disrupted careers or businesses, and reduced opportunities to build new social and professional connections.
Each monthly session will combine wellbeing, conversation, networking and practical support.
October – Pause
Taking time to reflect, reconnect and focus on personal wellbeing, women’s health, stress, perimenopause and self-care.
November – Connect
Building supportive relationships, reducing isolation, creating new friendships and professional networks, and encouraging women to share experiences in a safe environment.
December – Thrive
Looking forward with confidence, setting goals, developing personal and business confidence, improving visibility and exploring skills that can support women into 2027.
Sessions will include guest facilitators, wellbeing activities, guided conversations, networking, refreshments and practical learning opportunities. Klir Online will also bring digital and business skills into the programme, helping women feel more confident promoting themselves, their businesses or their work online.
The soft launch will also allow us to gather participant feedback and evidence of need, helping Project COFFE and its partners shape a larger Women After COVID programme for future delivery.
Status: Funding applications are currently in progress / awaiting decisions.
