Project COFFE supports and empowers individuals and communities, particularly those facing barriers to opportunity, through skills, training, and community-led initiatives.

What We Do

Governance

Project COFFE is led by a voluntary Committee responsible for decision-making, strategy, and ensuring the organisation operates in line with its aims.

Financial Accountability

All funds are used to support the organisation’s aims.
We operate with clear financial controls, with oversight from a Treasurer and authorised Committee members.
